r3 vlcd day 10
I am down another .4 today putting me only 14.4 away from my goal and at the lowest weight I saw on the scale since my first pregnancy checkup with chloe five years ago! I weighed 154 at that point and then shot up into the 160s by the next appointment. I will never forget that day either. I weighed 154 and was in a size ten and the nurse told me I was obese. I shoulda kicked her while I had the chance!

ReplyDeleteStupid nurse! I'll hunt her down, I'll remind her what she said to you, I'll drop kick her in the pancreas. ok maybe i'll just sit at home and do nothing, but still it's the thought that counts, right?

"weigh" to go mia!!!! oh yeah oh yeah! as for that nurse, she was probably anorexic, and in an addiction, anything over 110 seemed fat
