I think I just had the suckiest first day weight loss ever. Only .8 lbs - what the heck. At this rate it will take me four days to lose my loading weight. I'm pretty disappointed. I really hope that the reason that I lost so little was because of how much water I drank yesterday. I am really terrible about drinking my water and yesterday I drank quite a bit so my body may have just been rehydrating itself. Maybe another thing is that I don't really have that much to lose anymore. Who knows - I guess I just have to press on.
UPDATE - I just weighed myself (I know - I'm a glutton for punishment) and I'm down a full lb from this morning. I'm convinced that my tiny loss from yesterday wouldn't have been so tiny if I had drank enough water the day before. I was so scared from gaining 3 lbs from my first day of loading that I didn't really drink anything except for coffee. I'm definitely more excited to get on the scale tomorrow than I was this morning!
I'm sorry friend. =( Maybe tomorrow will really show a big drop. ((hugs))
ReplyDeleteI am glad that you lost more! I noticed that I will have lost more weight the later in the morning I weigh myself. Keep on keepin' on. Lol. You can do it Mia! You are almost to your goal!!
