BBQ Sauce:

1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 6 oz can tomato paste
3 stevia packets
Cumin to taste
Chipotle seasoning to taste
Salt to taste

Saute the onion in a bit of the chicken broth until it's soft.  Add the garlic and saute for another minute.  Add remainder of chicken broth, tomato paste, stevia, and spices and cook on medium to medium-low for 20 minutes or until sauce has thickened.  Cool, and puree in food processor or blender until smooth.

Apple Crisp

Peel/chop one apple, and place into small baking pan with 2 teaspoons of stevia powder, the juice of 1/2 a lemon, and cinnamon.  Toss to coat.  Grind one grissini into a fine powder and mix with 1 teaspoon stevia powder.  Add just enough milk to form small crumbles (about 1 teaspoon).  Mix in pumpkin pie spice, and sprinkle on top of apples.  Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.  Remove cover and broil 2 minutes.

Strawberry Sorbet

Throw a handful of frozen strawberries into a bullet-blender with the juice of one lemon, 2 packets (adjust to your own taste) stevia, and enough water so that it will actually blend up (I found that about 3 T did the trick).  Blend until the consistency of sorbet and eat.  YUM
